Cancellation, Alteration and Refunds Policy
Our cancellation and alteration policy applies to Bed and Breakfast accommodation, Culinary School courses, and our 'gift + card'.
Cancellations and alterations must be notified in writing and are not deemed to be accepted until receipted by Meadow View.
Bed and Breakfast
Up to two weeks before:
You may request to cancel your reservation, or you may request a change of dates or alteration and we will happily transfer you to another date, subject to availability.
Within two weeks:
If you cancel or alter your reservation within two weeks of the start of your accommodation, you will be liable for the full cost of your accommodation.
If you decide to curtail your stay after arriving, all reserved nights must be paid for.
Within one month:
Courses at Meadow View are made many months in advance. It is, therefore, difficult for us to resell any places within one calendar month of the start of the course, and any cancellations within this time can result in lost revenue that affect the ability of the Culinary School to deliver quality courses. If you cancel your reservation within one calendar month of the start of your course, you will forfeit any course fees and any costs for accompanying accommodation.
Our 'gift + card' are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that will cover your costs in the event of you being unable to attend your course, or make or alter your stay.
Cancellations by Meadow View
In the unlikely event of cancellation by ourselves, we undertake to provide a suitable alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, and a claim cannot be made for insurance purposes, we undertake to make a full refund for Culinary School course fees and/or Bed and Breakfast cost.
