A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay secures your accommodation.
Please note that a prior reservation is required. We do not accept guests without a confirmed reservation.
Due to the state of the British economy and the ever increasing costs of quality local produce, we are not providing single night stays. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
If you're visiting us to attend a wedding or local event and need transport in the area, we highly recommend contacting taxi companies as early as possible. Although we are very close to Bath, Bristol and Wells, this is a beautiful rural area and local taxis can be booked up in advance for large gatherings.
The Bishop Sutton Car Club - which offers an affordable 'city car' for hire, is minutes away from us on Ham Lane.
